Lauren Bond Kovsky, MA is a life coach, wilderness guide, naturalist, ski instructor, and teacher with over 15 years of experience in outdoor education. In her years as a wilderness guide, it became clear that her passion is helping people change their perception and create the kind of reality in which they want to live. She believes that everyone has something meaningful they are meant to do with their lives and is dedicated to helping people discover what that is. She is a graduate of Newfield's certified coach training program and the Environmental Leadership program at Naropa University.  In addition, she is a student of world renowned wilderness survival and awareness expert Tom Brown, Jr.
